We feel so strongly about recreating the role and purpose of the British pub here in America, that we have established an employee exchange program with Scottish and Newcastle Pub Enterprise, one of the largest managers of pubs in the United Kingdom. Selected employees travel to London to work in a Scottish and Newcastle pub and absorb, firsthand, the British pub experience.  They can then bring that experience back here to the States and deliver it to the patrons and co-workers.  Similarly, London pub workers travel to American and work in British Beer Company locals in Massachusetts to keep the cultural exchange lively.
