Yeaaaah baby! Check this one out. BBC hypnotic blend of Certified Angus Beef® brand ground beef along with ground pork and spices. Served with cheddar mashed potatoes and your choice of fresh vegetable.

Sweet chili grilled salmon

An Alaskan salmon fillet glazed with a sweet red chili sauce and chargrilled. Served over jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables.

Country fried steak

Certified Angus Beef® fritter dredged in buttermilk and spices breaded and deep fried to perfection. Served with beef gravy, fried leeks, fresh vegetable and cheddar mashed potatoes.

Chicken parmESAN

Grilled or fried chicken breasts topped with a marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and basil oil. Served over a bed of penne pasta and accompanied with garlic toast points.

Fish tacos

Like you’ve never had! Blackened haddock garnished with homemade pickled jalapeño relish, fresh avocado, shredded lettuce, diced onions, tomatoes and freshly made salsa. Served in your choice of freshly made corn or soft tortillas.

Haddock your way

Haddock served either blackened with mango salsa or in a traditional New England cracker crust. Both versions served with grilled fingerling potatoes and fresh vegetable du jour.

Honey mojito grilled chicken

Chicken basted with a honey mojito sauce served with grilled fingerling potatoes, pineapple mango salsa, fresh vegetable and grilled pineapple.

Brilliant bourbon steak or turkey tips

A BBC Favorite! Your choice of chargrilled 3/4 lb. of hand cut steak tips or turkey tenderloin tips both marinated in ale and tossed in our sweet bourbon BBQ sauce. Served with panko crusted green beans and cheddar mashed potatoes - 14.99 Turkey, Steak or a Combo available.

BBC TENDERLOIN steak

Chargrilled aged tenderloin steak served with grilled portabella mushroom and caramelized onions together with fresh vegetables and cheddar mashed potatoes.

BeeF Stew

BBC beef stew chock full of tender beef, potatoes, onions, peas, carrots and a whole lot of love. Served in a freshly baked bread bowl and topped with fried onion straws.

PORK Flat iron steak

Grilled and served on a sizzling hot flat iron skillet with an apple and maple gravy, together with cheddar mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable.

Fried Shrimp

Six Fuller’s beer battered jumbo shrimp, golden fried and served with a pineapple chutney dipping sauce, a side of sweet potato fries and cole slaw.

MAC & CHEESE YOUR WAY

Orecchiette pasta shells melded with our magical five-cheese mix and crowned with toasted panko bread crumbs. Then add any of the following: scallops, shrimp, pulled pork, hamburger, sausage, shaved steak, grilled chicken, Irish rashers, smoked bacon, caramelized onions, olives,
broccoli, spinach, jalapeños or mushrooms.
