Brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry then baked until golden brown. Served over a bed of apple mango chutney with slices of multigrain bread and fresh sliced apples.

COCONUT SHRIMP

Hand battered jumbo shrimp coated with freshly shaved coconut, then deep fried to perfection. Served with an orange marmalade and dijon mustard dipping sauce.

Chilled shrimp cocktail

Seven jumbo shrimp served on a bed of field greens with our homemade BBC Erdinger cocktail sauce. Fresh and Fabulous.

Java bbq ribs

Mike says this is a must try. Chargrilled tender pork ribs on the bone slathered with our java bbq sauce and served with a side of southwestern slaw.

Prime rib sliders

Thinly sliced prime rib on mini toasted rolls. Served with dijon horseradish sauce and a side of au jus.

Mediterranean artichoke dip

Artichoke hearts, spinach, parmesan and cheddar cheeses served warm with homemade pita chips.

Chicken quesadilla

A 12" garlic herb tortilla stuffed with chicken, red pepper pesto, caramelized onions, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese, then baked until bubbling hot. Served with sour cream.

The royal pupu

Coconut shrimp, crispy panko encrusted green beans, bourbon sauce wings, java bbq ribs, thai shrimp wontons, bbc fries and onion rings. Enough for two.

Mozzarella sticks - our way

Breaded mozzarella medallions pan-fried served with a side of our roma tomato marinara dipping sauce.

Seared sashimi tuna

Sushi grade ahi tuna dusted with sesame
Seeds, pan seared, sliced and served over fresh asian vegetables.

Stout macho nachos

A tortilla bowl loaded with angus beef chili over a bed of tri-colored chips. Topped with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, jalapeños and black olives. Served with a side of sour cream and salsa.

Sweet potato fries

A heaping basket full of our beloved sweet potato fries served with a pineapple chutney dipping sauce.

Homemade hummus

Incredible hummus homemade daily here at the BBC.
A real special dish topped with balsamic roasted red peppers and kalamata olives served with fresh raw green beans, celery and carrots alongside homemade pita chips. Just a great dish.

THAI LETTUCE WRAPS

Create your own Thai lettuce rolls! Asian grilled chicken tenderloins, matchstick carrots, fresh bean sprouts, Thai noodle salad and cucumbers. Served with tangy peanut and sweet red chili dipping sauces. Also available with Shrimp.

ADOBE CALAMARI

Fried calamari tossed with a corn and black bean salsa. Finished with a smoky chipotle aioli.
