Brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry then baked until golden brown. Served over a bed of apple mango chutney with slices of multigrain bread and fresh sliced apples.

COCONUT SHRIMP

Hand battered jumbo shrimp coated with freshly shaved coconut, then deep fried to perfection. Served with an orange marmalade and dijon mustard dipping sauce.

MOJITO GRILLED SHRIMP

Jumbo shrimp marinated in mint, rum and sugarcane. Served with bean sprouts and pineapple mango salsa.

THAI CHICKEN WINGS

Crispy chicken wings tossed in a sweet red chili sauce. Served with a sesame Thai broccoli slaw.

JAVA BBQ RIBSTERS

Mike says this one is a must try. Chargrilled tender pork riblets on the bone slathered with java BBQ sauce. Served with a side of southwestern relish.

PRIME RIB SLIDERS

Thinly sliced Prime Rib on mini toasted rolls. Served with dijon horseradish sauce and a side of au jus.

MEDITERRANEAN ARTICHOKE DIP

Artichoke hearts, spinach, parmesan and cheddar cheeses served warm with homemade pita chips.

CHICKEN QUESADILLA

A 12" garlic herb tortilla stuffed with chicken, red pepper pesto, caramelized onions, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese, then baked until bubbling hot. Served with sour cream.

THE ROYAL PUPU

Thai Shrimp Wontons, Crispy Panko Encrusted Green Beans, Java BBQ Wings, Onion Cheese Tanglers, BBC Fries and Thai Wings. Enough for two.

STOUT MACHO NACHOS

A tortilla bowl loaded with Angus beef chili over a bed of tri-colored chips. Topped with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, jalapeños and black olives. Served with a side of sour cream and salsa.

 




STUFFED PORTABELLA MUSHROOM

Large portabella mushroom stuffed with feta cheese, kalamata olives and roasted red peppers, then oven roasted. Topped with fresh basil and a drizzle of sweet balsamic glaze. Served over a bed of field greens.

VIETNAMESE SHRIMP FRESH ROLLS

While they last, we like them fresh! Shrimp, fresh mango, cilantro, mint, carrots, bean sprouts and noodles all hand rolled in delicate rice paper. Served chilled, not fried, with sweet red chili dipping sauce.

THAI LETTUCE WRAPS

Create your own Thai lettuce rolls! Asian grilled chicken tenderloins, matchstick carrots, fresh bean sprouts, Thai noodle salad and cucumbers. Served with tangy peanut and sweet red chili dipping sauces. Also available with Shrimp.
